We kicked off the year 2023 with the organization of a breakfast conference on the theme “Perspectives 2023” Bajío, to which the companies affiliated to the Swiss Chamber were invited. The event took place at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Querétaro.

The Manager of the Bajío Chapter of SwissCham, Valentin Pfyffer, gave a welcoming speech and presented the most relevant news of the Chamber, as well as the upcoming events to be held in the region during the first half of the year.

In the first part of the event, Marcos Arias, Economist at Grupo Financiera MONEX, presented an overview of the economic outlook for the manufacturing sector, both internationally and domestically. In the second presentation, Sebastián Rosales, Partner at Sánchez-Devanny, explained the main changes 2023 in labor matters.

At the conclusion of the session, a networking session was held among the participants with the objective of promoting the exchange of dialogue and generating strategic alliances.
